Fujitsu is the leading Japanese information and communication technology company, offering a full range of technology products, solutions and services. Approximately 140,000 Fujitsu employees across the world support customers in more than 100 countries. We use our experience and the power of ICT to shape the future of society with our customers.

The Fujitsu Way, the corporate philosophy of the Fujitsu Group, advocates that ‘Through our constant pursuit of innovation, the Fujitsu Group aims to contribute to the creation of a networked society that is rewarding and secure, bringing about a prosperous future that fulfils the dreams of people throughout the world.’  We strive to fulfil our responsibilities to society by putting this philosophy into practice. We believe it is important to help shape a society that is sustainable, trusted, and inclusive, where no one is left behind. We call this a Human Centric Intelligent Society.

As part of the Fujitsu Group, Fujitsu Global Service Delivery Unit (GSDU) constitutes a network of state-of-the-art technology and service hubs in key locations across the globe: China, Costa Rica, India, Malaysia, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Russia and Serbia. GSDU is staffed with over 14,000 highly-motivated and technically-skilled people and provides flexible end-to-end technology services, from support for 40 languages in multilingual service desks; to data center management and specialist application services. Our employees are from multiple nationalities and backgrounds, representing huge cultural diversity. With an average age of 32 years, many are digital-native millennials, and 34% of our workforce are female.

We are a people-based business with trust at the heart of our value system – this is demonstrated in terms of how we operate day to day with our customers and also how we operate internally through our initiatives under the GSDU Responsible Business Program (known as GRiP). GRiP spans all countries where we operate; through it we strive to have a positive impact on our communities and on our planet.

Through GRiP we work on 5 Pillars of Responsible Business:

Community: Positive impact on society
Diversity and Inclusion: Diverse, inclusive, and enabled workforce
Environment: Reduced environmental impact of our operations and services
Operating Practices: Open, honest and ethical business
Wellbeing: Positive health culture at work
